The experience was a good one and Sean explained everything in detail. The tires were balanced and installed, alignment completed in just about two hours. I dealt mostly with Sean, but the other two employees (tire installer and alignment technician) were friendly and explained everything in detail! Overall a great experience!”

“In May 2015 I know it's been a few years after the fact so sorry. But in May 2015 I was involved in a Swoop & Squat insurance scam accident that I could not prove. Even though the evidence was clear. But I contacted Ultimate CRC for the repairs I would need done to my entire front end after rear ending the van you should see in the photos. I contacted them almost immediately and had the pleasure of speaking with Dennis Termeer and then continuing communications with him throughout my entire process of getting my car repaired and back to what it was before the accident. I must say that Dennis made me feel comfortable leaving my car with them as I hesitate sometimes at certain places. But he assured me that my car was in good hands and would be repaired in a short amount of time but repaired properly. He kept his word and also made it a point to communicate every detail with me. Even after I picked up my car, I noticed a ding in my paint on the driver's door, he offered me a sample of my paint to keep for touch ups should I ever need it. They made my 2013 Dodge Avenger look brand new again and I never had an issue with one thing that they did. Not one item, part, repair or anything at all period. I highly recommend this place to anyone and everyone that is unfortunate to need them to do work. I've only been to this location but they have others. I can't speak upon all locations but if they are ran like this one then go for it.”
