“We took our Honda Odyssey in to All European Auto Repair this week to get the timing belt replaced. The Honda dealership quoted us $692 to replace it, so we called a few other places around town and got some other quotes. All European quoted us $490 to do the job, so on Monday we decided to take it in. Our glove box was broken too and would not open as it needed a new latch and lock. We decided not to get that fixed at this time. Sam checked us in and was very helpful, even giving us a ride back to our house from the shop. We planned on picking up the car that evening, but they didn't get it done as scheduled and told us it was going to take another day or two as they had a couple mechanics out sick. This was a bit disappointing. On Wednesday afternoon we went in to pick up our van, and Mike not only fixed the timing belt, but he installed a new latch and lock on our glove box fixing it at no additional charge! Doing this just to say thank you for our business and apologize for not getting our van back the same day. We were more than ecstatic, as this repair alone was another $200 and All European did it for FREE! So basically we saved $402 by going to All European Auto Repair instead of getting it done at the Honda dealership. Now we're customers for life. Highly recommended.”

When he exhausted all of his resources he connected us with Sal who is the general manager. Sal was incredible. I could tell that he really cared about customer service and really went the extra mile for us to get into the vehicle that we needed.
