“I wish I could take these guys home with me! I was passing through Vegas and had to get some work done right away. This was just after the new year, so shops were either closed or booked way out. Tyson's shop isn't big, and apparently not yet well known, so they had a spot. My issue was electrical, and I knew it was going to take a while, but after a half day of diagnostic, Tyson had figured the issue out. He fixed it in an hour or so the next morning. Somehow, he only charged me $102 for the whole thing - that's the diagnostic/first hour of labor ($95) and then $6 for a length of wire. Not saying this will be the case for everyone, and I would have been fine paying $300 or so for the work involved. And he gives every customer a free roadside assistance card good for the whole US for a year (I believe)! His techs know what they're doing and his customers keep coming back, as evidenced by everyone who came in while I was waiting at the shop. Tyson remembers names, he's honest, and he explains everything (which I loved). Tyson started the shop a few years ago after seeing customers treated poorly when he was a tech at another shop. I think he's definitely making the auto repair experience different in his shop. I wish I could plop his shop down in my hometown, but I can't, so I have to settle for making sure everyone I know in the Las Vegas area goes to him!”

You also receive a lifetime warranty on the tint that extends to states other than Nevada. Wherever your car goes the warranty follows. “Robert and Kevin. Shout outs to them, they welcomed me very well as soon as I walked in and with a great attitude. They treated me like a boss he treated me so well as a customer, I really appreciate their customer satisfaction and their customer service. I also appreciate how they installed everything quickly and efficiently and they even taught me how to do it as well, they really rang me up quick as well so everything was fluent they recommended the best ones with the descriptions in terms of summer weather and winter weather and whichever one was the most best selling. Also they looked out for me and they check the car before installing that way I didn’t have to go out there and waste more time, they did it quit being efficiently and I really appreciate all the customer support and all the help and speed in which they did everything. As soon as I was in there there was another customer that walked in and they welcomed them with such great attitude, the only thing that I could say is I really appreciate that as I’ve never seen that in an AutoZone or any single other big franchise store. Once again‘s shout out to them I don’t even know if they’re managers or not but they treated the business as if it was dares and it was great ambience in their great music and they were very well and professionally dressed smelled good, so I really like how they are making sure that every AutoZone or at least this one is on the really good in high-level condition”
