“I am so excited that I have found a doctors office that cares. I have had quite a few health issues of the last few years & have had the hardest time finding a doctor that cares & knows what they are doing. I first saw Shanda the Nurse Practioner who took a great deal of time to understand what I am feeling & dealing with. She said she would be consulting with Dr. Jacobs just to ensure that her findings & prescription choice were correct & she even called me the next day to make sure I was okay & to let me know that she did speak with doc. I went online to reschedule my appointment & notice 5 minutes later that it was denied so I called & Dr. Jacobs said we have a plan of action so you need to come in, I said my office was closing early so I did not want to leave my team, he said what time does it close, I said 2 so he said then I will see you at 230, I will be waiting. I think this is so great. I called today to let Shanda know that I felt a little groggy with the new meds but Dr. Jacobs answered & spent 15 minutes on the phone with me telling me why I felt what I was feeling & that is why it is so important for me to keep my appointment. He thanked me for my review on a different site saying he thought that was sweet. I am very thankful that I found Dr. Jacobs & his staff. The Med. Asst. is such a sweetheart too & it smells good in that office.”

“We are so grateful that Dr. Lowe has come to the Vegas Valley. I can’t even begin to imagine where we would be right now without him. He came to us after we had been in the hospital for the third time and no one could figure out what was happening to our baby. He has ensured she has had THE best care anyone could offer. He is thorough and COMPASSIONATE! Which is very hard to find. We’ve lived in Vegas for 30+ years and have never had great experiences with Drs. So when our daughter fell extremely ill, we were terrified of how we would come out of this. He jumped right in and hasn’t stopped fighting for her. He is ALWAYS available to us WHENEVER we need him. Literally 24/7. He figured out that she is suffering from an EXTREMELY rare disease, one that normally takes an average of 5-6 years to diagnose. He has managed to wade through it in a matter of months, literally saving our daughter’s life. We owe him everything. He’s not afraid to hit this with everything he has and won’t give up on her. We are adjusting to our new normal and still trying to understand what all of this means for our 4 year olds future BUT with Dr. Lowe in our corner, we know that she has one!!”
