“Best pediatrician I have ever taken my children to. Been going to him now for 2 years and have never had a bad experience. We never wait more than 60 seconds in the waiting room. My kids love him. He gives excellent care and advice that has always worked for our family. He charges less than most pediatricians. Usually he gives the medications he orders to you while your there so saves a trip to the pharmacy with sick kids. First Dr we have ever worked with that has a great office to go with an excellent Dr.”

“My oldest son has asthma and has been a patient of Dr. Lokshin for over 7 years. I am so grateful for all he's done to help us. Prior to finding Dr Lokshin my son was with another pediatric pulmonaligist Dr Buddecha. It was a nightmare. He was on 3 times the adult dosage of several different daily medications and nothing worked. Her only solution was to keep "upping" his dosage. I was warned by all the pharmacists that filled his scripts that the dose he was on was dangerous. He would be admitted to the icu several times a year for weeks at a time, nothing she did seemed to help. So I decided to start looking for another doc, had a few consultations with others before finding lokshin. He immediately realized that the medication my son was on for allergies was not needed. That due to his skin sensitivity he was testing positive to virtually everything. Dr lokshin ordered an under the skin test and my son had very few triggers. The allergy medication he'd been on since he was a toddler was not even needed! He's helped us manage his asthma and my son is doing WAY better since transferring to him. He always takes the time to listen and explain but also converses with my son and makes him comfortable. He may be a little to the point sometimes but that doesn't bother me... what's important to me is the care my son gets. Asthma is scary. And my son's asthma is pretty severe, especially when he gets a chest cold. Dr lokshin has helped SIGNIFICANTLY reduce his hospitalizations. Everyone is different, the only advice I can offer is if you are second guessing the care you or your loved ones are getting get a second opinion! I'm so glad I did and found Dr Lokshin.”

“Southwest Medical Urgent Care specifically the Montecito location has become my favorite place to go for last minute medical care needs. Before writing this review I wanted to go there on different days and at different times to see if what I experienced the first time was a hoax. It wasn’t!! What I love most about them is how efficient they are in dealing with patients. I have never waited long for anything .I am usually taken to the back for vitals check rather quickly and given a room. Within minutes I am seen by a PA or a NP and evaluated for my medical needs. Although not official “MD’s” these people are more than capable and competent to deal with patients. The staff is very nice, the facilities are clean and there is always plenty of parking close to the entrance. Now I know what you might be thinking, this guy must be paid to write this review or he works there. I would think the same thing after reading what I wrote. Trust me I Am NOT!! This place is really that awesome.”

I had Non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma Type B and although chemotherapy is tough on you you both mentally and physically, the clinic And it’s staff of caregivers, nurses and office help are the best around.
