The initial contact was quick and easy. We had a rep on site very quickly after our initial phone conversation . He was clear, knowledgeable and well informed about the regulatory requirements and limitations. He site review and resulting proposal was very detailed in both technical and financial respects. Once we'd agreed to move forward we got on their installation schedule. Their backlog meant it took longer to get started than I'd originally hoped but was not unreasonable and matched the expectations set in our original discussions. The installation went flawlessly. We have a concrete tile roof and this can be a problem. They used a fairly new installation method that is billed as both quicker to install, less likely to leak and less risk of damaging the roof. The crew (both Simple Power employees and a special rep from the manufacturer for the roof system) were very professional, knowledgeable and courteous the entire process. They were done on schedule with NO problems at all. The commissioning process (inspections, etc) went very smoothly with Simple Power handling the vast majority of the work. VERY PLEASED.”
