“We have shopped at the Reno RC Willey store a number of times over the years, and always had good experiences, as well as appreciating the quality of the items that we bought. This was our first time shopping at the Henderson store. From the greeter on, we were treated well. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and efficient. Vinnie was our sales representative for most of our shopping, and he was very helpful, and made this a very positive experience. We shopped with our decorator, and he was very helpful to her in finding what we wanted. With the exception of a few pieces of furniture that we brought with us, we pretty much furnished our whole home in one trip! I really dislike shopping, so for me to say that it was a positive experience is a big statement. After Vinnie helped us find everything we needed, we went to Carl for a Washer and Dryer. I had already researched and had it narrowed down to two models of washing machine, and knew which dryer I wanted. Carl listened to what I told him, and then asked me a couple of questions about use issues. From my own answers to those questions, I was able to very quickly decide on one model. We were in and out of the appliance department in less than 30 minutes. Thank you Vinnie and Carl!”
