“It's a McDonalds near a theme park. Should say it all, right? Prices are higher, many regular "cheap menu" items aren't available. The whole place is designed around self service. Don't expect to order at the front counter; you'll be using a kiosk - which is fine ... There are plenty of them. They are overall easy to use; simple to navigate and get custom orders done. The staff was okay when you spoke to them but you can tell this is a low-customer interactive place. I'll warn you that the customer display board isn't super accurate. I had my order number and it showed up on the "in progress side" (as expected) but then it vanished and didn't appear on the side saying it was being served so it went into limbo and I had to ask after it. At this point I would have gone 3 star but the order (which contained several custom changes; no onion, etc) was 100% right and I'll be honest .... I didn't expect it to be. It wasn't quick either. Keep that in mind and maybe order ahead?”

“I fractured my Ankle in February can’t say anything good about the ROC had a infection for 3 1/2 months before they decided to take out the hardware. I ended up with MRSA that was in between the hardware they put in and the bone. Option Care was the only Heath provider that was great! I was out of the hospital at 6pm and had my IV antibiotics by 9pm at my door that same night. The staff is very friendly and efficient. Would recommend them to anyone.”

As for the therapists, they are amazing. I worked with Larry Moss and Geri Inskeep. Both were so helpful, supportive, and they really know their stuff. They teach as they work too so you leave with some knowledge of why you are doing certain things, and how best to make the exercises work. I'm so happy with the results of my treatment and will definitely return to these therapists should the need arise in the future. Highly recommended to anyone in need of therapy!”

Especially with me being such an indecisive person, I was amazed at how well the entire experience was and the customer service. It felt like I was shopping with 'one of the girls' with a good eye for style. Her compassion shows through her work and she listens to what you want and presents the best options I didn't even know I would like! The boutique was adorably put together and had SOOO MANY OPTIONS in so many colors! She respected my privacy and had such a helpful hand and touch with clipping. My sister had described my other dress shop stops as a "factory outlet treatment" and she couldn't have been more right, basically bare minimum customer service. NOT SO AT BELLA BRIDESMAIDS! “This house was absolutely amazing. The pictures did not do it any justice. The beds were all so comfortable. The kitchen had everything you would ever need. The pool was cool and refreshing . The view was also amazing. Much nicer in person. Annette was very accommodating and so was the young lady that was on call just in case we needed anything. I had a total of 25 guest and they were all just as happy as I was. Thanks Annette for having us and we plan on returning again.”
