When I first started here it wasn't to friendly, then corp came in and made changes and now the staff and residents are much happier. Sure every place has its issues but we are in the process of making this building a 5 star. When you come in the staff greets you and you see the residents smiling and getting around in there power chairs. The new management listens to what we have to say and interacts with the residents. Please don't judge us by the past we the new managers are the future of this company and are making it where you want to come to work. We are all here as a Team and it shows. “So I joined in order to get fit, build strength, and hopefully correct all the pains I was having from just being lazy and out of shape (low back/shoulder). It’s been the ticket. Feeling great! The team there is amazing. Great teachers and they work with each member to help them scale exercises based on their individual abilities and limitations. I think the philosophy they have there shows and makes a difference. One thing I didn’t expect was nutritional coaching. I initially signed up just to see what it was all about. Nothing ground breaking at first but having someone work with you to tailor a diet plan that is both effective and achievable has been great! Ellie is super energetic and engaging and provides continual feedback based on your needs. I never realized how much a good diet could affect your energy levels during your workouts, and improve recovery time so that you are ready to go the next day! Thanks to Ellie for showing me the way. I highly recommend Laminin and if you have ever been curious about some nutritional coaching Ellie is the best. You’ll be surprised at the difference it makes!”
