“They were supposed to text me when my meds were ready. They said please shop and we will contact you. So, I killed some time. No text and I decided to check...they had closed at 7! It was 7:01. The gate was not all the way closed so I called out. The pharmacist could have ignored me but she didn't. She had to turn the computers back on to process my order. I was very irritated at the whole situation, but she took care of it. Kudos to her. Thank you.”

“Went in on 1/31/19 at 7:30pm. It was the last day I could go pick out glasses before my insurance was terminated from my former employer. Although I went in super late, Frank (I believe is his name) was super nice and helpful. My luck, the VSP network was down sooooo he couldn't pull up my insurance information. He did the best he could and was still able to save me so much money without my insurance coverage! (awesome) Aside from that, he advised me to submit a request for reimbursement from VSP directly. So yes, I had to pay the remaining balance after the discounts were applied but he did everything he could on his end. So I appreciate him for that. Customer service was great.. when I picked up my glasses yesterday, he had attached the reimbursement sheet to the glasses. (Since VSP always seems to be down and wouldn't let me log in to file the reimbursement claim online.) He is great to work with. Ask about the red card holder discount :)”
