“Egoscue is time and money very well spent as it is an investment in your overall well-being. There you receive individual attention focused on improving physical pain by identifying the underlying cause of the issue not by solely treating symptoms as is often the case in physical therapy. A shoulder injury was my reason for going. My therapist, Amber, identified postural issues using a camera technology that plainly illustrated what areas of the body need to be focused on and the relationship between joint dysfunction and the resulting pain. Each session, I received a customized menu of exercises targeting areas needing alignment. Upon completion of these exercises the body benefits are clearly evident using the same camera technology. I enjoyed doing the menus and enjoyed interacting with Amber. Egoscue is a time commitment and requires consistency. However, at the end of my package of sessions I had a better understanding of my body’s areas of challenge, what I was doing to contribute to their presence, and most importantly I now had tools in the form of many targeted exercises to address and correct the pain, misalignment, and dysfunction I had been chronically experiencing. Egoscue is life-changing and enriching.”

“Not perfect (just as humans are not perfect either) but I have lived a month without one, after having them in every bathroom for a decade or more, and it has been a horrible experience. Let's face it: if you wanted to wash your hands, you wouldn't wipe them with toilet paper and say, "They're clean now." All you have done is smear everything to the point that you think you are clean. You have to at least get water involved, and the Biffy does that. So, 10 seconds of the spray, one paper towel, and you are on your way...no stopped-up toilets, and definitely a higher level of hygiene. Yes, I have tried one other brand, and it was useless. We have had one leak, and one of them squeaked, but other than that, we can't imagine living without them. Ok, we're spoiled.”

“BodyWink is such a supportive positive environment, it's easy to feel like the ladies working there have been lifelong friends. The cavitation sessions are so simple and short comparatively, I never have to wait longer than a minute and most times they are greeting me with everything set up waiting for me. I absolutely love the atmosphere and results are noticeable, but only 4weeks 8n one shouldn't expect huge results...we all know how easy it is to add the fat, so taking it off is gonna be as equally opposite in effort. The package prices are a bit spendy so you'll need to weigh that against your desire for change.”

“Southwest Medical Urgent Care specifically the Montecito location has become my favorite place to go for last minute medical care needs. Before writing this review I wanted to go there on different days and at different times to see if what I experienced the first time was a hoax. It wasn’t!! What I love most about them is how efficient they are in dealing with patients. I have never waited long for anything .I am usually taken to the back for vitals check rather quickly and given a room. Within minutes I am seen by a PA or a NP and evaluated for my medical needs. Although not official “MD’s” these people are more than capable and competent to deal with patients. The staff is very nice, the facilities are clean and there is always plenty of parking close to the entrance. Now I know what you might be thinking, this guy must be paid to write this review or he works there. I would think the same thing after reading what I wrote. Trust me I Am NOT!! This place is really that awesome.”
