“Being near this Gracie Jui Jitsu (GJJ) school is like winning the lottery. Anyone can find a Brazilian Jui Jitsu (BJJ) facility teaching the sports focus of Carlos Sr. but to find useful and potentially life saving self defense GJJ taught directly by Lee Sakai, student of Relson Gracie, the second eldest son of Helio Gracie, the man who created BJJ/GJJ and therefore invented the world's best self defense, is incredible! Not only was Lee taught by the best, but he teaches students like me in the best way possible. The facility and mats are kept clean. The students are friendly and safe when rolling (practicing). Having such direct access to the world's best self defense is amazing! With this discipline; a child can protect themselves from a full size adult, women can defend against larger and stronger attackers, and everyone can safely protect themselves from harm regardless of the imbalance in size or strength. Superior to; Krav Maga, Muay Thai, and general Self Defense training for most people.”

“Glenn Findley cleaned me up right. I looked like a bum when I arrived and looked like a new man when I left. This was my first visit. I use to go to Jimmy's in the Southwest but he moved to TX. I live and work in the Northwest and needed to find a close shop. I was and am always cautious and worried when trying a new barber or hair stylist. I wanted a clean shave with a straight razor, so I called first to make sure they could oblige. They were busy when I arrived and the place was buzzing. It had that old school barber shop feel. You know a place is good when they have every chair filled. I didn't have to wait long either. Once in the chair, Glenn took his time and didn't take any shortcuts. He is a master of his art. I could tell he wanted to make sure I was happy and got the cut and look I wanted before I left. I highly recommend Glenn and believe the rest of the crew is top notch as well.”

“I was in Vegas last month and had my summer vaca on and part of it was gambling. I heard stories about how unsafe it is to store anything at the hotel’s room safe. I was running out of ideas because I wasn’t ready to take that chance. I ran along one of the players at the Wynn and he suggested this business (American Guardian) and how simple it is to get a quick safe deposit box and that I can also keep it anonymous, which I didn’t really cared about either way. I took a few minutes ride from my hotel and went in to get my box. It was pleasant, easy and clear. Armed guard with a ruffle lol was at the lobby’s entrance and the customer service lady was more than nice. What was a few days service for me will probably be a much longer service now. I love this place!”
