“I am so thrilled that I found Stretch Zone. It’s about ten minutes from my house and everyone is always so friendly. I’m a runner and so my hamstrings tend to need work; the staff at the blue diamond location always ask what I need to work on that day, they’re accommodating (they offer water and relaxing massage chairs), and they walk you through his stretch exercise. It feels like half relaxation half, physical therapy! I signed up with Charles; he’s awesome. Knowledgeable and kind. I know nothing about stretching other than I know it’s good for me, and Charles always makes me feel comfortable.”
