“Very easy to go in, walk down stairs to pay your utility bill. Also, the electronic pay system when you call is okay. The problem is you have to put all your banking info online every single time you call. Along with your customer number and account number which is a real pain and very timely. Why not just let the customer input their phone number associated with the account and store bank information? That's what credit card companies do. Most businesses do that too.”
