“The entire team of Troy Kearns helped us in listing and marketing the house. Here is the list of things Troy did for us during the process 1. Great job with an incredible amount of activity in both open houses and ad-hoc appoinments. 2. Contracting and negotiation - Troy guided me through multiple offers, weighing pros/cons of each offer, renegotiating and finally concluding on a qualified buyer 3. Closing - Unfortunately, we hit a snag during the closing process of my house that was completely unrelated to either buyers or sellers qualification and Troy really had the patience and skills (while I sometimes did not) to guide me through the successful close of the house. To be quite honest, the Buyer's real estate agent was completely useless in expediting the process and Troy really facilitated the close by ensuring communications between the buyers, sellers, lenders and title company.”

“Rachel delivered on all aspects of services provided in aiding the sale of our home in the Las Vegas area. Rachel was professional, thorough, accommodating, dedicated to the sale of home, and provided excellent general service. Rachel projected a realistic sale price in the very beginning of the sale process that was slightly above market value and the home sold too the exact number. Being a first time seller, I had many questions and I appreciated Rachel taking the time out to give a full breakdown and explanation for any questions that I had. In addition, she truly protected the property as if it was her own. I am an out of state resident and one of the neighbor’s visitors attempted to utilize the selling residency for long term parking. Due to the watchful eye of Rachel, she immediately identified an issue and took real action to resolve the problem quickly. Rachel also assisted with other areas such as helping to identify POCs for estate sales, coordinating repairs, etc. Rachel was extremely prompt with coordinating and signing paperwork as well. Rachel gave us the pros & cons on any suggested negotiation strategies prior to execution but, fully supported any final decisions made by the seller. Rachel is as good as advertised. “I was searching for an apartment for months and Greystone Park accepted me one day after I applied. I moved in the day after that. I was skeptical because I signed the lease without looking at the unit out of desperation due to the current housing market and could not have been more pleasantly surprised. I have been living here for about a month as of 05/24/22. Units are clean, new, and well maintained. The maintenance is very quick, friendly, and knowledgeable. I put a maintenance request in for my AC not working and they were there not even 2 hours later. The unit could not be fixed that day so they set me up with a portable unit. They have kept me well informed with updates on all maintenance requests I've had to put in (my unit was previously a storage unit). Apartment is very spacious and neighbors are all super friendly. Though the area is not the best, I feel safe with my neighbors as everyone watches out for each other. There are homeless people who stay in the area but they don't bother anyone and the office is good about ensuring they do not interfere with the tenants. One of the homeless guys had his stuff sprawled in the road and they had the cops come and the Junk Trucks to clean up the space. Biggest thing living in an area like this: Don't get in other peoples business and they will stay out of yours. The office staff are very sweet and helpful. The property manager is really turning the place around for the better and active in the community. They have 24hr security on the premises. I do not review places often but this has been the best experience I could have asked for given my circumstances. I can see myself living here for years.”
