“Very nice park. Beautiful views from the Lake view sites. Restroom is nice and clean, but quite a distant from our campsite. Staff is pleasant and accommodating. Will Definately stay here again and highly recommend it to others. Only drawback is it is in the Lake Mead National Recreational Area, so know you have to pay $25 to enter the National Park or use an allowed pass. Your space rental does not cover entrance to the National Park.”

“As I understand it, this place is one of the NICEST 55+ communities in Boulder City! ????However, my companion and I are BOTH Elders, and yet when we came through on our bikes trying to talk to the neighbors, we were told to leave and were threatened over and over to have the cops called on us. It doesn't seem the people we were taking to were too friendly toward us Elders. Lovely neighbourhood though!”

“I've lived here as both teenager and adult.. I must say, I absolutely love our community! We are much more than neighbors. We are all family.. We have children varying in ages and they all are very well behaved children/teens whom all play nicely amongst themselves. If you are looking for this type of community, especially if you very family oriented and love the safety of having your children play and not have to worry...then I say you check it out. We've gotten some major touch ups around the park (what we call our community) and its all just been remarkable! And on the plus side, we are zoned for the best elementary, middle and high schools!!!!!!!”

Like anywhere you live. there are rules. Don't always believe some of your bad reviews because unfortunately when you are asked to leave or you are evicted, the only way they can come back at you is by positing a bad review. Always call our office or stop by the office and make your opinion for yourself. I will not comment on a few of the bad reviews and tell you their situation or why they were asked to not to live here, however only judge for yourself. “Best RV park around. Well cared for. 24 hr security. Some sites are tight but still nice. Try to pick one away from the freeway as the ones near it are noisy. Very reasonably priced and very flexible policies. Nice pool area. Good inexpensive restaurant that serves breakfast and lunch. Could benefit from a shuttle to the strip.”

“Well this may be a biased review as we loved this place so much, we bought a lot here! The resort is immaculate mad the amenities are numerous. Pools, spa, gym, pickle ball, tennis, putting course, lap pool and clubhouse. There is 24 he security and the entry is manned 24/7. The owners we have met so far have been very friendly and inviting. We plan on using the resort as a home base for our travels. We will rent the lot out when we are not there. It's 10 minutes from the Strip, The Raiders new stadium and the Golden Knights arena. Very convenient and plenty of things to do around town.”

“Super Friendly and Caring. Every spot has a concrete slab and full hook ups. The pool is very clean. Great laundry room and the bathroom was very clean and stocked. The ladies in the office are Extremely Sweet. They have security on property at all times. I recommend this place and will stay here until we're ready to travel again.”
