I spend a lot of time in small remote towns in Idaho & get great reception every where I’ve been so far (with the exception of the dead air spaces across the Great Basin, where NO service is available to ANY CARRIER... Not Verizon, not Sprint, not T-Mobile, Not AT&T/ Cricket... I know - I’ve made that trip with siblings - all with the above carriers, making compare along the way. Note: when is someone going to fix that fact?). Brandon, at the S. McCarran Cricket store in Reno is very competent, knowledgeable & efficient at his job! (A rare find in today’s world). He was very patient with me & got me setup when other places struggled. I have referred friends & family, also with great success! If Cricket keeps doing what they’re doing, I see myself staying with them!”

“Truly kind & ethical people. I had a horrific ant problem this year to the point it looked like my patio was alive! It was BAD. I left a message asking for a quote to have them come out and they called me back within an hour. It only took a couple of questions for him to know what type they were and their life cycle. He absolutely could have come out and charged me for a visit to spray but instead he educated me about them and told me I didn't need him for this. He knew they would all die off in about a week because they were only here because of the grasses that grew so much this year. He was kind enough to tell me how to keep them out of the house until they died off & he was right, they were all gone within 2 weeks. You don't find that very often anymore, ethics like that. I was very impressed. You should trust these guys to take care of you.”

We called Penske and Cheryl encouraged us to go check out the cabs. She gave us our quote in case everything was a go and Penske was indeed the best price. We went to the location at Wards towing and Michael and Ward were beyond kind and professional. We hit the right spot on the second truck and Ward made sure to help me in and out like a true gentleman. (We know to bring a step stool with us...lol) Michael made sure to encourage us to take our time up and that Penske would rather folks get to their destination in one piece. If you are looking to rent a truck and want friendly, warm, professional service I can't recommend Penske through Wards towing enough.”
