“After about 4 trips which started off as an easy fuel filter change, then the fuel line broke while taking that off and trying to find the correct connector and finally getting it on, to the dang battery being dead.. Eddie helped each time and instead of referring me to the manufacturer like 2 others did on separate occasions and trying to talk over me like another one did, he listened to my issue and found the parts I needed without having to go somewhere else. If you need a part, he's the one to go to, very knowledgeable”

“My side by side Samsung Refrigerator stopped working. The freezer side was still good, but the fridge section died. I called around to 5-6 different repair shops and got the answers that they didn't do Samsung, didn't do residential, etc. I called Comfort Home, and they were very courteous, and scheduled a 4 hour window for later in the day. The technician Eddie, called me an hour out to tell me he was on his way. He asked me what then problem was, and he showed up right in the middle of the window. He immediately knew exactly what was wrong, had the parts on his truck, and fixed my Samsung in about an hour. He was extremely knowledgeable, and just a real gentleman.
