I frequent the Simmons location because it's well stocked and clean, even at night. Staff is friendly and always willing to help me find something when I need help. One night, my car battery died. I called for service but they said it would take an hour to get to me. Crystal, the store's night manager noticed my car's hood was up and asked me if I needed help. When I explained what happened, she called her husband to bring jumper cables and they both helped me jump my car battery so I could start my car. I was able to leave and purchase a new battery that night. Crystal is Amazing! She went above and beyond great customer service. I'm so glad she's the store night manager. People like Crystal make customers loyal to businesses. This location is now my favorite!”

The installers, Luis and Ernesto, were very professional, courteous, and hard working. They arrived every morning at 8, or shortly after, and they worked diligently. They also cleaned up reasonably well when they were done. The estimated completion date was 1 week to 10 days and they met the deadline. The price was also fair. I would definitely recommend Jr. Tile.”
