“Placed an order for pickup off the Subway app for a tuna salad- salad today. My order was ready promptly. When I walked into the door the store looked very clean and I was greeted by both the gentleman working! My order was on the pickup shelf waiting for me. They let me know the dressing had changed so they had placed it in cups on the side for me to try- I was very impressed by the thought that went into that small step. Very much appreciated on my end. Grabbed my salad and my lemonade from the cooler where it was staying cold. The receipt taped to my order had a hand written message of “have a good day” that one of the gentleman took the time to write. Another small thing that was noticed and did not go unappreciated. I will be sure to enjoy my lunch and the experience I received from this subway! The employees there seems to have an awesome understanding of customer service and previously working in food service I can appreciate the little things they did for me and my order. Had to take the time to write this review for them.”

“I love this school. When you need help, all you have to do is ask. The staff has always been helpful to those that are actually trying to succeed. The instructors know what they are doing, and do the very best with what they have. They provide prime real world example and try to teach in a way that everyone can understand. Just like the commercials stated, "They gave me the tools I needed to succeed". All of the negative remarks from other people show nothing more than their lack of motivation to better themselves. Of course there is always room for improvement on the side of ITT Tech, but that's where your own personal drive should kick in. Use the out of classroom resources they also provide to solidify what they have already given you. I'm not saying it was all easy, but it was worth it. Now I work for a great place, and steadily progressing even further. Thank you ITT Tech!”
