“The hotel itself is great and so are the rooms. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is great with access to food and stores if you need anything while you are there. The reason I didn't give five stars overall was to the actual courtyard. Perhaps they still need to do some post winter cleaning. The pics I took are from June. I would assume they would have cleaned the furniture and had the outside square away for their guests.”

“Great service! We had our appointment at 1030 with 3 dogs, and we were able to get into the room roughly 30 minutes after check-in. This is great. Seeing as normal doctors will leave you waiting much longer. The doctor was amazing. He took an interest in not only my dogs but also as owners ourselves. The doctor even asked about our dog that he had performed surgery on almost a year ago. The staff were very thorough. They were able to answer all of our questions after the doctor left and were able to explain the extra questions we had about the prescription.”

“I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Denton and his practice. He is an excellent provider and has a wonderful chair-side manner. I have had a few fillings done and I had zero pain during or after the procedures. I was even able to get a last minute appointment when I chipped a tooth, and Dr. Denton did an excellent job at smoothing out the chip. The hygienists are excellent and give thorough cleanings. The receptionist Whitney is always so kind both in person and on the phone. If you’re looking for a new dentist, give Dr. Denton’s office a call so you can be a happy patient like me.”

“Central Vet is one of the most knowledgeable practices on Long Island. I recently had my dog Dexter had to have major surgery done on his right leg due to Hip Dysplasia. We were concerned since he was a senior dog of 11 years old. Fast forward 4 weeks later and Dex is doing remarkable well. I may also add two years his Sister had her ACL done at Central vet and turned out w a 100% recovery. If your dog needs surgery Dr. Azagrar is the man.”

I have now moved my dogs over to Warm Hearts and Am so happy I did... They have been fair in prices and taken good care of my babies. “Hi, I had my kitty Archer operated on and stay for 5 days. Having spent a lot of time there, things were pricey- but that is a sin of capitalism rather than a fault of the facility. Having gone every morning and every night for 5 days, the morning staff is spectacular- polite, caring, dedicated, considerate, and positive-energy even in dire situations. Doctor Jennifer Finder saved my little boy's life, and her entire staff treated the situation was as serious and important as it was. Around day 3, I came in on evening to him not in the best condition. He was abnormally grumpy, and seemed abnormally uncomfortable. I found signs of struggle and a lack of monitoring on him from his bandage being visibly too tight, and his cone showing tear from being stuck in it. Outraged and ready to switch hospitals, upon asking a nurse for the head of staff, the evening-shift manager reassured me medically, apologized for the service short-coming without making excuses, validated my concerns, and asked me what I would like to see going forward and complied accordingly. He checked my baby in front of me for any potential damages from the short-comings, and again medically reassured me in layman's terms. I couldn't have written a better response from the evening-staff head, he did everything I needed and I didn't have any upset for the rest of the service. Thank you!!”
