Other places do this and that without explaining anything and then all of a sudden you have a $1,000 bill. Not at Rainbow animal hospital! They explain everything and I really appreciate that. I like to ask a lot of questions and the staff gives excellent customer service. Not only is the staff friendly but the other customers are too! It is nice to go somewhere I know my pups will always be given the attentive care.”

His pleasant humor gave jolly to my state of fear of my condition. He said, if I recall correctly, “you have a bad light.” But most important, he asked me, “do you want it fixed.” I replied overjoyed, “yes, I want it fixed.” No time to waste—paper work processed from his office to my Primary Doctor immediately. My Primary Doctor not knowing Dr. Nevins was elated to know that he was ready to help me. She even expedited the approval for surgery right after my appointment with her. Now, I just pray that Dr. Nevins can schedule me in for surgery as soon as possible. Thank you Jesus for being merciful and putting Dr. Nevins in my path, I look forward to an excellent recovery so that I can continue to serve the Lord. Amen.”
