Great job with an incredible amount of activity in both open houses and ad-hoc appoinments. 2. Contracting and negotiation - Troy guided me through multiple offers, weighing pros/cons of each offer, renegotiating and finally concluding on a qualified buyer 3. Closing - Unfortunately, we hit a snag during the closing process of my house that was completely unrelated to either buyers or sellers qualification and Troy really had the patience and skills (while I sometimes did not) to guide me through the successful close of the house. To be quite honest, the Buyer's real estate agent was completely useless in expediting the process and Troy really facilitated the close by ensuring communications between the buyers, sellers, lenders and title company.”

Prices are reasonable as well. He used to have specials. I assume he still does. Like Dad and son, you get a few dollars off. Also he had a card that after so many cuts you get a free cut. I would assume he still offers this, although I don't know for sure.”

“We used Elegant Weddings to book our officiant for our 1 hour wedding at the Neon Museum. We booked Frankie Castro aka Elvis and he was a hit! He made the entire experience personal, campy and hilarious. He's an amazing performer and made the day absolutely perfect. He went above and beyond to include my husband's parents who had to facetime the ceremony due to health risks. Also, our guests laughed for most of the ceremony which was great and he even called out our sweet dog in the service. Definitely would recommend booking him for an Elvis wedding.”
