The gym itself is very clean and open. The vibe is welcoming and warm. I feel like I am part of a team and it fills my heart every time I go. The workouts themselves are challenging but always scalable, so anyone can do it. The instructors are very good, motivating and always offer assistance. The owner Stacey is beyond kind and welcoming. I feel safe at this gym and it truly is my favorite part of the day.”
