In this day and age of dealing with staff that seem inexperienced, unknowing, and unwilling to go the extra mile, Kristine reached out immediately regarding a requested prop that was not available - she worked directly with the supplier to have the prop made and shipped in time for our production. When I notified her that I might need another copy of the same prop, she immediately put in a request to have another made. I later found out I di not need the extra, and offered to buy it anyway to keep in our stack, but she told me was not to worry - they would keep it in their stock. Western stage Props will be my FIRST stop for any future needs.”
