I have NEVER experienced this at all. Everyone is very nice. Besides I don't think rating a caregiver based on office staff is fair. “This is only in reference to the passport service. It was fast and efficient. This is the first time I've been to a post office here in Las Vegas and the clerk had a good attitude. They normally hate their jobs and barely want to help. This experience was the complete opposite. I made an appointment. You have to have an appointment for minors. Walked in about 8 minute before my appointment, signed in, and was called in about 4 minutes. I had all of the paperwork prefilled out and documents ready to go so it took about 10 minutes. You get the money order and pay right at the desk.”
