But with Valley View at WellTower they do care and they do their very best to ensure things go well with your stay. The reason why I chose 4 is because all apartments have their issues and no apartment is perfect. However, at Valley View at WellTower, they do care and they do their very best to ensure things go well with your stay. The reason why I chose 4 for them is because I like the customer service and the staff is so nice. Teresa, goes above and beyond to help as well as Yasmin. We have a little trouble with getting in contact with them at times, but I believe that’s mainly because of COVID-19 and them being so busy. But overall I love it here and As far as I’m concerned I can stay here forever. Thank you Yasmin and Teresa for everything!”

“My husband was a patient here. Each step of his care was well managed. The doctor was kind and informative, the nurse gave important care, the physical therapist and occupational therapist worked with him to get him mobile and feeling better after a lengthy hospital stay. The CNA was diligent in keeping him clean and comfortable. He was given great food and the facility was pleasant and accommodating. It was during the holiday and family that came into town was able to easily visit and comfort my husband. I was so impressed with Advanced Health Care that I continue to recommend other patients to consider using them for their care.”
