They have even gone so far as to re order an engine that didn't meet their requirements to resell without us even having to get involved. Most parts places you will have to take the bad engine then show what is wrong before they will order you a new one. Not B&R, they saw the problem and reordered before we even saw it. It took a few extra weeks, but we didn't have to put a bad engine in and then figure out it was a bad engine and then take it out and THEN take it back for a reorder. Just truly top notch service here.”
