  I am not one to write a review but today I had GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE LIKE THIS IN A LONG TIME. Let me first say that we was seated quickly and we all know it be crazy getting a seat any where last minute. Then our waitress her name was Megan( ask for her) she was beyond amazing. Working three tables and the bar so flawlessly. Then on top of that the Service Manger Mrs.Black walked the floor and greeted everyone at least twice. Was so sweet to my daughter and had the nerve to be a awesome person. The crew has great communication skills and works together so flawlessly. 6 months ago it was just the opposite but now I can say baby can we go to Applebee's 🥰😍

  This is my absolute favorite Applesbees. If I was across town I’d come all the way to this one. Customer service is awesome and food is always Grand! The General Manager is so proactive and doesn’t leave her guest unhappy. She shows awesome leadership as the staff follow to bring great service. You can tell that they pry on loving what they do. The energy is so uplifting especially coming from a hard day of work. I encourage you to come to this location if you are ever in the mood for some great food, amazing customer service, and a good time 😉

  I went into this location maybe an hour before closing and the service was superb. The manager Shay was very polite and respectful and all of our servers treated us like we were the only customers in the world. This experience was nothing short of amazing. After work, my favorite servers are Maria and Kaitiln. They offer some of the best service I have ever received. Very friendly spot to be on any occasion

  My family and I had such a wonderful experience. We were greeted by the hostess and seated shortly after. Our food was awesome. The manager Shay came to our table to check on us several times and made us feel like family. Shay is what a great manager should be..
