Erin is my favorite yoga instructor. Her classes are small and intimate and she's very in tune to one's needs. I've also enjoyed Erin's challenging fitness and weightlifting instruction! I've been comfortable with her since day 1.
Top-notch training in mixed martial arts, yoga, movement skills, and fitness. Owners Richard (who teaches kickboxing, jujutsu, BJJ, and self defense) and Erin (yoga, crossfit, and power lifting) are The Best. Beautiful facility--a large space with excellent mats and equipment. Great students. Cannot say enough nice things about Prevail.
I have been training here for about 9 months now and while I do not have any experience at any other facility/studio/dojo, Prevail is a great training environment for anyone. I've been doing kickboxing and self defense with Richard since I've been going and yoga and strength and conditioning with Erin for the last 4 (give or take) months. My life has become greatly enriched by the training I have received from both Erin and Richard. I couldn't ask for more patient and dedicated teachers than these two wonderful people!

He does have an endorsement for teaching martial arts to kids. The lobby is completely Zen due to the incense...
