  I was greatly appreciative for their working me in on a first appointment as a new patient and then to even do the needed tooth extraction on the same appointment!
  
  You see, I have cancer and my oncologist insisted I have the extraction done before my chemotherapy begins, so that my immune system would be strong enough to handle the tooth extraction.

  My father, who has dementia, has been a patient of Dr Carrillo’s for about a year now. I am blown away by the patience, kindness and support from every single person in the office when we step foot in the door. Dr Joe is an incredible person and of course dentist. I would highly recommend him and his team to anyone looking for a dentist - for small children, adults, and the very neediest. They will receive excellent care and attention at Dovetail. I will be moving my kids and my personal dental care to Dovetail moving forward. I am grateful we found you guys!

  For someone who is a huge baby when it comes to the Dentist or cleanings due to bad experiences as a child, Claudia especially does everything to put you at ease. Dr Joe is the same way. Very calm relaxed atmosphere that makes you comfortable. Fantastic!!

  The hygienists and dentists are all amazing so far! My 4 year old had a blast, and my experience was also great. Only thing I didn’t love was that my initial appointment was just for them to check on my teeth and get a cancer scan done. I had to make a totally separate appointment to get my teeth cleaned - which is difficult for a stay at home parent like myself to watch my little kids twice in a short span of time! Would have been nice if they could have scheduled one right after the other for convenience sake.
