The front desk staff recognizes me and greets me as soon as I walk in the door, and the dental staff are very pleasant and makes sure to ask how I'm doing throughout my appointment. Communication is flawless through texts and emails and print-out reminders. There isn't enough I can say to praise the staff and describe just how pleased I was this office from day one. I always leave with a smile!

(November 26, 2019, 9:12 am)I took my daughter to Amherst Orthodontics for a second opinion on braces. The environment and staff were inviting and friendly. Our consult with Dr. Diane was very impressive and thorough. I was really impressed with the detail she went into on how the process would go, and how she gave us a visual using pictures of my daughters mouth to show us exactly what would be done. I would highly recommend using Amherst Orthodontics.

(November 15, 2019, 10:08 am)My daughter recently finished her orthodontics with Dr Shea and I/she couldn’t be happier with the results! Dr Shea and her staff exceeded my expectations!
They are not only extremely professional but very personably! Appointment scheduling, timeliness, punctuality all perfect! Always making my daughter feel comfortable and taking the time to make sure she had everything she needed through the process!
If you need an orthodontist I highly recommend Dr Shea! -
