(August 10, 2019, 12:18 am)The employees at this branch have gone above and beyond to help with my banking needs. If I had a question, they were more than happy to help. I've never had to wait very long and as an account holder, I have NEVER been charged a fee to cash a check as one of the reviews states. Before I opened an account, there was a fee to cash a check but NEVER as an account holder. I've banked with Regions for 3 years now and have never had an issue with them. When someone stole our debit card info and tried to use it, they shut it down immediately and called us to let us know. I'm very happy with my Regions experiences. Customer service has always been great in the branch and through the customer service number.
