Tire Warehouse

Went to the Tire warehouse in Lowell Massachusetts on Sunday July 10th 1108 am and to my surprise no one was there to open the shop. I saw 5 clients who had been waiting since 10am (the time the shop opens) go get services. All of the clients including myself decided to leave. Called the tire warehouse in Hudson and spoke to Trevor who said he could get a new tire on my back driver side that same day if I came in right now. Went in, tired changed and mounted in less than 20 mins. Trevor is a life saver. I will never return to the shop in Lowell.

Excellent service. Tires were in stock. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. And they were quick. Thank you. My second review is still five star and thank you to Trevor for always being so helpful. I somehow had a nail in my tire in the sidewall and it could not be repaired. I called and they had my tire in stock so I got the car there and I was in and out in no time.

I’ve come to this shop multiple times and every time there has been great customer service and short wait times whenever they work on my car. Trevor took great care of me and made sure that I got great quality tires for a quality price. I highly recommend you come here for all your tire and alignment needs.

After having issues with the tire warehouse in Lowell, I can say for sure that without a doubt Trevor and Colby earned my respect immensely for being as nice as they were today with trying to help me with what turned out to be a simple problem. If you ever have any issues with tires go to this place I promise you will not be disappointed! Thank you both!

Prompt, courteous service. Had the tires I needed for a trailer in stock. They were mounted quickly and the technician even carried them and placed them in my truck. Have been there several times and will continue to be a customer.
