He did a great job and explained everything that he did from start to finish. I would highly recommend Eastern based on this service call!

(November 5, 2019, 11:48 am)We had a tough start to this heating season with our 21 year old furnace. Ended up needing three separate parts to keep it going. Each service call - and there were 5 - was answered by Dave, or his son Mike, both from the Hudson office. These guys are great! They were professional, courteous and took the time to explain everything they were doing including why they knew certain parts were bad. They communicated with their parts department to get replacements in as short a time as possible. I would recommend them to anyone.

The install techs were all great, as was Mike G with the final hook-up and Marisa B at the office for taking care of all the paperwork and contracts.
