  Because of their scheduling it was going to be a bit before someone would come and fix. the people at the store walked us through many steps to see if it would start. The had a cancellation so they sent him to me to help fix it. Finally it is working. At know time did any talk to us in a negative was or make us feel like idiots. A job well done

  I would highly recommend All Basics, even though we did NOT purchase a stove from them. We went in this afternoon to find out about a pellet stove. When we told the girl(whom I totally forget her name but she was awesome) that we currently have natural gas stoves she basically told us it'd cost us way more if we switched to a pellet stove. And she actually recommended one of them Split-systems for heat + AC bc they also run on natural gas. This sweet nice honest very professional wonderful girl "could have" easily sold us something that wouldn't be a good match for our heating (and cooling) needs. She could have but she didn't. She was very honest with us and for that I would definitely send folks their way. I'm confident that they'd give you only what you need for heating and not too much or too little. Like i said I can't remember the girls name but she definitely deserves the Employee of the Month, no, the Year award!! Keep up the good honest work!!

  Very helpful staff. Answered all my questions in pellet stoves. Seemed to have the best price around as well.

  Our Fireplace had never been serviced and was 21 years old. Paul and his colleague were great. Polite and knowledgeable and very professional. They completely cleaned, adjusted and even painted any rust that was found. It looks as good as new and was money well spent, one of the best service experiences I've ever had.
