  I've been going to Patriot for years now and seen some changes both good and bad. Used to be they would power wash and brush the car before entering the actual car wash and at the end they towel dried. Not any more. I paid basically 18.00 for the top of the line car wash and I should have paid the minimum of 8.00 since I really can't tell the difference. No brush before hand and no towel dry-wheels still dirty. I didn't have time to swing around to get it done again. I wound up calling and no answer every time. I don't want to totally flame these guys because over the years they've been pretty decent but I'm not paying the maximum to get the minimum...
  
  **Thanks for responding and the update information on all the work that's been done. I do realize there will be some things to sort out after the upgrades.

  Very impressed with the results! Dryers could be better but the Automated Mitter Drying cloth improves it, definitely worth the $18.

  I dropped off my car for a full detail and they did a fantastic job! Can’t even tell kids sit in the back anymore! I will definitely be returning and I highly recommend them.
