  I like the type of work out it is - kickboxing. It is a tough workout that pushes me, works everything, is efficient, and fun. I look forward to "my time." Additionally, Holly and her staff are knowledgeable, supportive and friendly. The gym is always welcoming and clean. The music sets a fun atmosphere. The sign in process is orderly. I recommend 9Round to EVERYONE. I always feel good after, and I never regret my time there.

  I love that you can show up whenever it is convenient to you instead of having a class time you are restricted to. The heart rate monitor display keeps me on track and motivated. The trainers ensure you are doing everything correctly and show you each round in case you need direction. I felt very comfortable right away coming to 9Round where in the past I’ve been a little intimidated trying other kickboxing gyms.

  I love the flexibility of working out at times that work best for me. The trainers are great. And It's awesome to be able to work one on one with a trainer every single workout.

  9round has been a great motivator for me to get in shape! I get excited every time I go knowing I’m going to work out with great trainers and get a different experience with every workout!

  Just pure fun and sweat. Awesome trainers. I love that there is no set class schedule. So there’s nothing to stop you from not going. Come on by.
