  Update ** everything has been fixed . Thank you too the maintenance team

  The move In process was pretty smooth , no complaints! The apartment was nice as well , but once me & my family actually got situated we start too notice things . To began the heat was not working AT ALL ! I had too call the emergency maintenance line which they did come In a timely manner . That was fixed . So I kind of brushed it off . There were no locks on the balcony doors or windows which I did include on the “ move In sheet “ they did not put any locks on the doors but they were able to give me a pole to put between the door , which is doable right now . But then the disposal In the kitchen under sink is leaking to where I had to put a pot under so it doesn’t further mess up any tile & the disposal In the bathroom tub doesn’t drain the water either ( which I did call as soon as I noticed & still hasn’t been fixed this is day 3 ) could be because of the snow but that has not been communicated with me . Overall I feel that the apartment was not completed properly, a lot of the issues are things that should of been fixed before move In . But overall I would give my experience so far 6/10

  I appreciate all of the folks working at trailpoint - you guys are always do helpful and I know you put up with a lot from the residence so thank you for keeping things professional. Overall experience of say it's a good transitions apartment if you don't have a family but if you do have a family and are lower income this is a good place. There's always kiddos running around and a nice park right behind the complex. Would recommend for first time colorodans looking for a place to get started.

  I was in a difficult position when I had to cancel a lease in a nearby complex after just having moved to the state. Desperate, I gave Trailpoint a call. Not only did I have a place to sleep that night, it was a much better quality apartment. The front office is helpful, the maintenance crew is pleasant, this is a great place to be.

  I love this spot in N.H. I was visiting my Father after Christmas and he goes to this Dunkin' every morning at the same time to meet two older gentlemen. They sit at the same table every day. The employees know him and are great people!

  We’ve been residents here for a little over two years now. The apartment managers, Laura and Yanet, are fantastic, and the maintenance staff is top notch! We had a pretty major issue tonight where our heater wasn’t working properly, so I called the emergency maintenance line and within 5 minutes got a call back from Danny, who promptly came by to look at the problem. He was super friendly and did a wonderful job fixing our maintenance issue within 45 minutes of our after hours call! All of the maintenance staff are excellent (specifically Mike as well!) and anything we put in a maintenance request for is promptly fixed! Great place to live where they truly care about their residents!
