(September 20, 2019, 5:47 pm)Petro home services is very easy to work with signed up as a new customer they were friendly and accommodating. I wanted a company they delivered oil as well as serviced my equipment they were very accommodating. They arranged a tech to come out and tune up my furnace Walter Haley tech 242 came out he was very knowledgable and complete. He answered all my questions about the system I have gave me an overall on my furnace did tell me it is older but still seems to running fine for now he was also able to give me some names of systems and pros and cons of each type of system. This was all as he was tuning up my furnace. He also pointed out things why as a home owner not to let the system go so long between tuneups as the previous home owner has done.

(July 24, 2019, 10:00 am)The customer service at Petro has been great! They are very timely in filling my oil tank and the pricing is pretty competitive. I was using another company (starts with a "T") and they took advantage of charging a much higher rate on the refills so I really appreciate how Petro does
their pricing. I also like how they provide propane services as I have a propane tank too. ???? -

(May 16, 2019, 9:10 am)I had an emergency on Sunday night-Mother's Day...my hot water tank let go...I called and they were there 9:45pm....and then came back on Tuesday to replace and reset up all....They are very professional and provide good customer service. Mike and Walter techs especially....They both did a great job in assisting the emergency and the repair installation of the new tank so we had hot water again!!! Thank you folks..........Good job!!!
