I was invited to walk through the shop and was amazed at the same high quality of work to be seen on every vehicle. Would highly recommend!

(March 24, 2022, 4:01 pm)This shop installed and painted a new trunk lid on my low mileage pristine and annually detailed 2014 Ford SHO in Tuxedo Black. The original trunk lid had a small section of rust forming at the bottom edge. Jamie and his team were awesome to deal with. Work was done on time as promised and the quality of work was Top Shelf! Jamie blended in a difficult to match color perfectly. Very happy with the rates, professionalism and quality of work. This will be my one and only goto place from here on out! 5 STARS All day....

(March 24, 2022, 3:27 pm)We had our new "to us" car for less than a month when it got hit in the rear-end. Most places I called were not taking new work as help was hard to find and parts were not always on time. Jamie was up front from the beginning and even the claims rep for the ins company said parts were on back order for most things and to please have patience. Yes a job that would've took maybe 2-3 weeks took just under 2 months but we were informed along the way as to what and why it was taking the time it did. Ins extended the rental twice without question. Both Complete Collision and insurance company were very informative throughout the whole ordeal. Made have our new "to us" car being hit a little less painful. Color match was perfect and body lines look great! I would recommend Complete Collision to anyone who needs body work done in the Greater Lowell and Greater Nashua area.

(July 8, 2021, 5:35 pm)I recently selected the team at Complete Collision to refresh my wife’s 14 year-old BMW, a 2007 335i coupe. The car had minor scratches, a couple of small dents on the driver’s door, and a crunch in the front bumper. Jamie and his team used the aftermarket body parts that I shipped to them to create a unique, one-of-a-kind work of automotive art, effectively a brand new sport coupe in less than 2 weeks. Although there were setbacks, as there often are in such an ambitious undertaking, Jamie‘s even-keeled disposition and can-do attitude never changed, and he and one of his techs even worked late on a Friday in order to deliver the car finished for the holiday weekend.
That Saturday, I drove the car over to Tulley BMW to order a part. When I came out of the parts department 5 minutes later, there were 6 salespeople and service techs standing around the vehicle--in the rain no less--admiring Jamie's work. It's a true sign of admiration when those most familiar with the brand praise the work of those who've improved on that brand.
I give Complete Collision my highest endorsement, and couldn’t be more pleased with the final outcome. They are true professionals in every sense of the word, and there’s nothing they can’t do.
