  I was visiting family and we went to the outlets where I visited this location, October 5th 2019. I ordered myself and my girlfriends brother each a tea. So two tea's total. I was going through my bank statement today and noticed that I had two charges from this place. One for $10.33 (the amount I was supposed to pay) and one for $70.33. I have no idea what the 70 dollar charge is for since I didn't purchase anything but two teas. I did ask the cashier to change the flavor of one of the teas after I had already paid, but that shouldn't have charged me anything extra at all. I'm gonna go with the benefit of doubt here and say it wasn't malicious just a simple mistake. I tried calling the store, but the number went straight to voicemail and the mailbox is full. I was going to go to Twitter, but they have 6 followers and the most recent tweet was from 2018, so it's obvious that isn't used. Instagram is non existent and the Facebook doesn't give you an option to send anything but pre made questions. So here we are. If you're the manager or owner of the location, please respond back to this review so we can get into contact and get this issue resolved.
  
  Update.
  Called the outlet management office to get into contact with the store. The store called me back about an hour later and we went over the charge. The false charge was refunded and everything is good to go. It was, like I thought, a simple mistake. The manager also said they switched phone service providers to a voip so the new number should be updated soon!
  
  Bubble tea is really good and you should def try them out! I'm updating my review to 5 stars for the customer service and the tea itself.

  i absolutley love boba and this is by far my favorite local place to go. great boba tea but the wait is ridiculous. i waited over 15 minutes to get my boba drink. usually when the owners are here it is very quick but with the new workers its slow. there was a girl that was working, both the times i came in and she wasnt really focused on making the drink but goofing w the boy that worked w her. besides that i love the place. workers need to be more thoughtful of customers wait

  Great tea! They gave me a sample of a daily special flavor. But Dairy free is the way to go. Eventhough milk bubble tea is amazing.
