(December 20, 2019, 7:35 am)Love this gym. The staff is always friendly and happy! Eric does a great job being accommodating and trying to keep all members happy! Love all the new areas going in too! Trainers are well educated and fantastic!
I have to give most of my appreciation to Lauren in the daycare, however! She is SO awesome with all the kids, never stressed/always smiling and welcoming. I think having a place your kids feel comfortable and like to go to when you work out is HUGE as a parent. My kids fear going to the other locations, but In Milford, with Lauren, they love it! She is amazing! I don’t know how she does it’s It with so many kids at any given time, but she does :) -

(November 24, 2019, 1:43 pm)Great experience. Rarely do I post reviews, but I felt inclined to write one on this case. I’ve been to this gym numerous times and the staff is incredibly friendly every time and the bathrooms are always clean. Highly recommend this gym.

(March 26, 2017, 3:31 pm)Absolutely awesome gym. Everything you need here and beats going to planet fitness! The entire gym is gorgeous head to toe. Everything is top of the line!!! They have equipment that I have never seen in any other gym before!!
p.s If you're a student, definitely take advantage of the student discount!
