Not arrogant like a lot of doctors ...very intelligent but listens in an unassuming manner respectful of patients nice guy who seems like you neighbor also knows his stuff saved my dad numerous times with preventative care measures my dad has Prostrate Cancer,Alzheimer's, copd heart stents sleep apnea and an anal fissure Dr Barley has kept him going....very responsive
