I recently needed to reach out to them to assist me in updating my bike, they where a referral from my local bike shop as they also have one of the only Bosch certified mechanic for Trek in New Hampshire. Large retail and shop area, I was very impressed and would be delighted to return even though I'm 1.5 hours away!
