  I contacted StairLift Headquarters in early January as I was having foot surgery the end of the Month and needed to make arrangements for a chair lift to my accessory apartment in my home. I was most interested in the rental verses buying. After much research I decided to give them a call. It was rather last minute but they went out of their way to contact me back right away. Karen from the office contacted me via e-mail. The staircase and entry was rather complex for this type of set up but after several e-mail exchanges with some photos they sent out a tech to take some measurements. As it turns out they had a way to install the lift. They gave me a quote on the spot. The quote was very clear and I had a choice to rent with option to purchase. Their terms were very flexible and I was quite happy with them. I contacted them the next day to say I wanted to have the chair installed, but my surgery was coming up within a week. Karen was able to schedule the installation of the chair 2 days prior to my surgery. The installer was on time, did an excellent job on the installation and explained to me how to operate the chair and answered all of my questions. I had such peace of mind knowing the chair was available when I came home from surgery. I'm now 5 weeks out from surgery and just had the chair removed. The tech who came out was every bit as efficient and professional as the installer. I could not have asked for a better experience all the way around. Everyone I dealt with was professional & pleasant. Their attention to detail and customer service was 1st class. If you are in need of a chair lift I would highly recommend StairLift Headquarters.   I had Stairlift Headquarters install a stairlift for my mom who lives with me. My husband got their name from a friend at work who had a stairlift installed for his mom. We had 4 companies come out. They were the lowest price and seemed to have the best warranty, service hours etc.
  
  We paid $2495 for a Brooks Superglide. They gave us a lifetime motor and a free extended warranty which covers us for 3 years. The installer was Joe, he was awesome. Very neat, courteous, hard working guy who spent over an hour with my mom. He didn't want to leave until my mom was 100% comfortable with using the lift.
  
  Unfortunately, my mom had a stroke a few months after we installed the lift. We now needed one to get her upstairs from the garage. I called them from my mom's rehab and Shawn came out that same day. We had a used Brooks Superglide (looks new to me) installed the next day. Cost was $1800 and they gave me the same warranty as my new one. This time Jon was the installer, he was just as nice and courteous as Joe.
  
  Can't say enough about this company. Definitely would and have recommended.
