Hot Topic

Went in on a Saturday, so busy. I needed help to get an item down from a high rack and the gentleman was so amazingly helpful. I saw something different and decided I wanted that instead. In the midst of the store being so packed full, he still made sure to stop back over to make sure I was all set. He proceeded to put the item back and sift through the 2nd item to find the size I needed. He was so great. I'm not a fan of holiday shopping at the mall but he made the rest of my trip great and my daughter is gonna be so happy, come Christmas, now.

I finally found the small paper given to me at checkout so I can personally thank the employee who went above and beyond. Akiro, you were great with me and my indecisiveness :-) You made my shopping experience, in a very busy store and mall, so much better that day. I can't thank you enough! I would have done the survey but I put the purchase under my daughter's email.

The nostalgia of coming tonthid place is always great. And therenis awesome shirts I like to buy. 10/10 great store.

Staff was extremely helpful, showing me things behind the counter that caught my eye as I checked out, which I ended up purchasing. I actually knew more about both items than they did 😃, so they got a little education. But that's just because I'm such a Disney fan! I usually shop Hot Topic online; this was my first in-store visit. There was a lot to take in and I got to spend some Hot Cash while I was there.

Super friendly staff, awesome selection, reasonable prices

My girls find this unique store fantastic for todays fashions and enjoy there displays.we also used coupons that made our purchases even better.
