(June 27, 2018, 4:28 pm)Today (6/27/18) was my first visit to the Nashua, NH Sears Auto Center and I've had a completely different experience from the other reviews below (good thing I didn't read them first). I can't speak to them (change of staff maybe?) but that was not my experience this week at all! First, my call ahead was handled by an extremely nice, patient young woman and then when I arrived two days later, the service staff could not have been more patient and kind. As usual, they listened to me carefully and did their best to do and check everything I asked them to and as usual, they didn't look for things to work on or charge me for if I don't need them (the main reason I stick with Sears). Their mechanic staff appeared very experienced, and the sales staff was very good at explaining in detail everything I asked about the car, being very patient. There was no upsale pitch ever (never got that at a Sears before either), and they did not rush us out, even as I added more and more things for them to do and check. I have Sears tires, so no charge for balancing or rotation, no charge for checking battery, no charge for checking wheel alignment, and more. Two hours later, no charges! Wow. You would never find that at any other garage. Gotta love it. But most of all, the staff was friendly, HONEST, patient and clearly experienced. It's worth going an additional 1/2 hour out of my way for this garage. So glad I did. Maybe you guys should try them again now?
