  I'm a watch guy and I really enjoy dealing with Nate at Long's. He really knows his stuff and is not at all pushy. I have also dealt with others there as well and it is much the same. Today I purchased my first watch there after a couple visits and hope to pick up a 2nd one that I ordered soon.
  
  Their selection of luxury watches, new and used, is the best around. Not really anything else like it in NH.

  Start to finish I had a phenomenal experience. I had actually reached out in about September of 2018 with the intent of making a purchase around then, but had to push it back close to 6 months because I had moved shortly thereafter. Despite that, the associate who helped me, Alex St. Pierre, was very friendly and incredibly helpful through the entire process. When I reached back out about 6 months after my initial visit, he remembered what I was looking for and had no hesitation to help. He made the process quick and easy, but was receptive to my questions. He kept everything in the price range I was looking for while not diminishing on quality. During my correspondence with Alex before actually making the purchase, he was able to find a few selections based on my price range and the quality I was looking for. When I came back for the second visit, he made things very easy and I was able to make a purchase right then. Setting up an appointment was easy and they responded quickly. I had few interactions with other staff members, but I was immediately greeted at the door in a friendly manner and an equally friendly exit. The store looks great as well, nothing but positive remarks all around.

  Michelle is definitely very knowledgeable in jewelries and has good eyes! I came in with a beautiful blue sapphire loose stone from my father, that I wanted to put it into a nice setting, to pair it beautifully with my wedding band. I went to few jewelry places with no luck, but Michelle made it all happened. Now, the two rings complement each other gorgeously. Thank you, Michelle!

  Now this is what jewelry shopping should be like. My wife and I were looking for an anniversary band as well as a new setting for her engagement diamond. We went to at least five places before going to Long's. Most places had extremely limited selection, combined with sales people tripping over themselves to fake their sincerity for us. It's clear most places work on commission, and as a result they felt more like a used car lot than jewelry store.
  
  The atmosphere walking into Long's was completely different, and refreshing. We were greeted by Barbara, who was a complete doll. We actually felt like she was trying to HELP us, not sell to us. She spent a very long time helping us find EXACTLY what we were looking for. Their inventory was huge. We had a very specific look we were going for, and Barbara nailed it. We genuinely felt she was working really hard to find something we would be thrilled with while staying close enough to our budget.
  
  We don't buy a lot of jewelry, but for the limited times there will be to buy again in the future, Long's will be our first stop.
