I really want to take time to say thank you to Jim the GM. I guess you can say good karma does work in the long run. I'm a firm believer when you do good in the world it does come back to you. Kelly and i were very blessed to meet the GM Jim at Allen Mello Chrysler Dodger. Jim, Karl, and the whole staff made very easy for us to buy our first XR392 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon 2022. Purchased a Pre Owned Cherokee from Fred last week and it was one of the easiest car purchases I have ever experienced. We called 1hr before coming in, when we got there, he handed us the keys and said take it for a drive. We got back to the dealership, no pressure and we talked numbers and quickly got to a price we all liked.

Brought a check on Monday, Jeep was all ready by the time we got there, and Fred gave my fiancé and I a tour of the vehicle and features with her in focus as it is her car.

The Jeep was clean and in great shape. They knew everything about the Jeep, and the entire process including text drive took about 1 hour.
